Meditation Retreat

Simple, practical meditation techniques will be given. There will be three 20 minute periods of sitting
meditation, interspersed with periods of walking meditation and readings to inspire our practice.

The retreat is open to beginners as well as those more seasoned practitioners who want to deepen their practice.This period of silent meditation is recommended to anyone who is interested in delving deeper into the inner realm of peace and freedom. Upon returning to daily life from a period of retreat one is renewed and more able to face the challenges of life with compassion and appreciation.

Please wear loose fitting clothing.
