DECEMBER SCHEDULE: ALL CLASSES

Mondays:

7pm Keep it Simple with Kathe- Virtual

Yoga and Meditation to flow with life.

Tuesdays:

VIRTUAL + In-PERSON 6 pm Yoga for Inner Peace with Michelle

Staying in the moment, presence is a gift. Use the breath to come into your body let go of the busy mind and enjoy presence. Stretch, relax, and let go.  

You can choose to be there in person or take it virtually with Michelle!

Wednesdays:

10 am Mindfulness Meditation with Don VIRTUAL:Mindfulness is the journey from fight and flight to rest and relaxation. The journey from the head to the heart.

12 pm Chair Yoga with Mary VIRTUAL:

Use a chair can help you find more strength, stability, and ease. Chair poses, standing, balancing, and basic mat yoga and relaxation.

7 pm Gentle Yoga and Deep Release with Vanessa VIRTUAL

Feel good gentle yoga flow with myofascial stretches to release tightness, tension, and create more inner space. Breathe deep, relax, release. Each week we anchor our focus for the class into the way we approach and experience our bodies to make it really tangibly useful to you.

Saturdays

8:00 am Flow Yoga and Movement with Vanessa VIRTUAL

A moderate level class using the breath to move your energy, clear stagnation, and be more present inside your body and yourself. Multiple options for different levels. Conscious movement with proper physical alignment. Each week we anchor our focus for the class into the way we approach and experience our bodies to make it really tangibly useful to you.  

Sundays:

10 am Mindfulness Meditation with Don Free   Mindfulness is the journey from fight and flight to rest and relaxation. The journey from the head to the heart.      

You must pre-register for all classes!

For virtual and in-person classes, please sign up below on MINDBODY. If you prefer to pay cash or check for in-person classes, please email us to tell us you will attend class, since space is limited with social distancing.

If you would like to pay cash or check for virtual classes you can send them to our address, knowing it will take some days to receive your payment. This is a great option for packages that you choose to purchase ahead of time. All virtual classes must be paid for before taking the class.

How to sign up for classes:

Head over to MINDBODY:https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/mainclass?fl=true&tabID=7  and pick the class you want to sign up for. Click SIGN UP and create a login. All you need is your name, email and phone (for class purposes only.) Choose your pricing option and enter your payment info.

In-person classes can be registered for via Mindbody or via email if you prefer to pay cash/check. You must pre-register for all classes. Space is limited in-person due to social distancing.

Another option:

MINDBODY app: You can use the universal MINDBODY app on your smartphone by downloading it, creating an account there, and adding your payment info. Search for Yoga Anand Ashram and book your class!

ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOUR YOUR FIRST VIRTUAL CLASS WITH US, YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZOOM LINK WHICH WILL BE THE SAME FOR EACH CLASS. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH US 30 MINUTES BEFORE SO WE HAVE TIME TO SEND YOU THE LINK.

IN-PERSON CLASSESHere is what to expect: 

-Health screening when you enter, which is the same for any place you might go. This includes questions and temperature check. 

-Students are spread out 6 feet apart in the room.

-YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT. We are not providing any props for class right now. Please bring what you desire to use. 

-Masks must be worn at all times.

-Our building and procedures have been inspected and approved for COVID guidelines. We have an approved air filtration system and hand sanitizer is available.  

-Disinfecting and cleaning are done frequently. 

-Please show up 5-10 minutes prior to class.
