Tuesdays:

6 pm Yoga for Inner Peace with Michelle IN-PERSON + VIRTUAL

Staying in the moment, presence is a gift. Use the breath to come into your body let go of the busy mind and enjoy presence. Stretch, relax, and let go.  

You can choose to be there in person or take it virtually with Michelle!

Wednesdays:

12 pm Chair Yoga with Mary IN-PERSON + VIRTUAL

Use a chair can help you find more strength, stability, and ease. Chair poses, standing, balancing, and basic mat yoga and relaxation.

Fridays:

9:30 am Keep it Simple with KatheIN-PERSON + VIRTUAL

Yoga and Meditation to flow with life. Awakening the body to meet the day.

Sundays:

8 am Morning Rise with Bria Grandison: In-Person

We will focus on flowing slowly, through postures with an emphasis on connecting the breath to each movement. If you are always racing to the next moment, what happens to the one you are in? Life moves fast enough and I am here to give you the space and reassurance that it is okay to slow down and breathe. Open to all levels.

ALL In-person classes: Show up 10 minutes before class. If you are new, and not pre-registered, show up 15 minutes before class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a mat. There are also mats available for use.  

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SIGN UP FOR ALL CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

You must pre-register for all virtual classes, in-person classes we welcome you to preregister online too, but you can also pay in-person, by showing up 15 minutes before class.

How to sign up for classes:

Head over to MINDBODY : ALL CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS REGISTER HERE and pick the class you want to sign up for.

Click SIGN UP and create a login. All you need is your name, email, and phone (for class purposes only.) Choose your pricing option and enter your payment info.

*PLEASE NOTE WHEN BOOKING THE VIRTUAL CLASSES, THE VIRTUAL CLASSES HAVE A “V” NEXT TO THEM.

Another option:

MINDBODY app: You can use the universal MINDBODY app on your smartphone by downloading it, creating an account there, and adding your payment info. Search for Yoga Anand Ashram and book your class!

ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR YOUR FIRST VIRTUAL CLASS WITH US, YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZOOM LINK WHICH WILL BE THE SAME FOR EACH CLASS. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH US 30 MINUTES BEFORE SO WE HAVE TIME TO SEND YOU THE LINK.
