There is no fee to park at that hour. Walk a short distance east and look for us. We will do some chanting, sun salutations and watch the sunrise. Please feel free to stay at the beach after our meditation period. Bring warm clothing and a blanket or a mat. You can also bring breakfast if you would like. Family and friends are welcome.
