Back to Practice Afternoon Retreat
Sunday, November 10th
From 1 pm – 3 pm, $25
We entitled the retreat as BACK TO PRACTICE because on the yoga journey everyone experiences times when steady practice might be difficult due to circumstances, sickness or perhaps stormy emotional “weather.” If your practice has been steady or not please feel free to join us for this afternoon retreat, which is open to beginners as well as those who want to deepen their practice.
Thursdays from 5-6 PM
November 7th, 14th, 21st & December 5th

Simple Touch Techniques for calming and moving energy.
How do you want your relationship with your kid to feel IN the moment?
Plus, how to create that feeling more often in your lives together.
Over the 4 classes, we will move, stretch, breathe and find quiet presence together. I will cover how to shift your inner state of being in a way that is very accessible and practical to you as a parent so you can bring in even more joy, freedom, love, and enjoyment into your lives together.
The foundational intention of the class:
Honoring who you uniquely are as a parent.
Connecting through presence and touch.
Supporting the little lights in your life as who they are and who they are becoming.
