Winter Retreat

Retreat is a time set aside for quieting the chatter in the mind and deepening one’s spiritual practice.  The silence of winter provides a natural time for the inward turning of awareness.  Please feel free to join us in this afternoon of guided silent meditation and yoga practice.  

This is a great opportunity to retreat without going too far.  This day includes 3 hours of Yoga Asana( postures), Pranayama (breathing), Chanting, and Meditation. After, light refreshments will be served.
