WEEKLY SCHEDULE: ALL CLASSES

Sundays:

9:30 am Gentle Flow with Marguerite- IN-PERSON starting Feb 5*

This class will focus on pranayama(breathwork), and finding the balance in our bodies, minds, and souls through asana, the physical practice of yoga. A perfect ending to your week, and a perfect beginning to the start of another.

Mondays:

9:30 am Keep it Simple with KatheIN-PERSON + VIRTUAL

Yoga and Meditation to flow with life. Awakening the body to meet the day.

Tuesdays:

6 pm Yoga for Inner Peace with Michelle IN-PERSON + VIRTUAL

Staying in the moment, presence is a gift. Use the breath to come into your body let go of the busy mind and enjoy presence. Stretch, relax, and let go.  

You can choose to be there in person or take it virtually with Michelle!

Wednesdays:

12 pm Chair Yoga with Mary IN-PERSON + VIRTUAL

Use a chair can help you find more strength, stability, and ease. Chair poses, standing, balancing, and basic mat yoga and relaxation.

7:30 pm Yoga with BriaIN-PERSON

We will focus on flowing slowly, through postures with an emphasis on connecting the breath to each movement. If you are always racing to the next moment, what happens to the one you are in? Life moves fast enough and I am here to give you the space and reassurance that it is okay to slow down and breathe. Open to all levels.

Fridays:
9:30 am Yin Yasa with Marguerite – IN-PERSON

A combination of Yin Yoga (longer holds and deeper releases in poses) and Vinyasa (flowing from pose to pose with a focus on breathing and smooth transitions). 

You must pre-register for all virtual classes, in-person classes we welcome you to preregister online too, but you can also pay in-person.

How to sign up for classes:

Head over to MINDBODY : ALL CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS REGISTER HERE

and pick the class you want to sign up for. Click SIGN UP and create a login. All you need is your name, email and phone (for class purposes only.) Choose your pricing option and enter your payment info.

In-person classes can be registered for via Mindbody or via email if you prefer to pay cash/check. You must pre-register for all classes. Space is limited in-person due to social distancing.

Another option:

MINDBODY app: You can use the universal MINDBODY app on your smartphone by downloading it, creating an account there, and adding your payment info. Search for Yoga Anand Ashram and book your class!

ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOUR YOUR FIRST VIRTUAL CLASS WITH US, YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZOOM LINK WHICH WILL BE THE SAME FOR EACH CLASS. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH US 30 MINUTES BEFORE SO WE HAVE TIME TO SEND YOU THE LINK.

IN-PERSON CLASSESHere is what to expect: 

-Bring your mat

-Masks must be worn.

-Our building and procedures have been inspected and approved for COVID guidelines. We have an approved air filtration system and hand sanitizer is available.  

-Disinfecting and cleaning are done frequently. 

-Please show up 5-10 minutes prior to class.
