Fall Retreat

Come join us for our silent yoga retreat in honor of fall. The day will consist of asana (physical yoga), pranayam (breathing techniques) chanting, meditation and inspirational readings. At 1 o’clock we will  break our silence and celebrate fall with food to share and time to spend together in sanga.  The retreat is open to beginners as well as those who want to deepen their practice.

Retreat can help us deepen our practice, and hold that sacred connection.  When returning to daily life from a retreat, one is renewed and able to see life from a fresh perspective.

(FALL RETREAT will replace the Monthly Meditation Retreat in November. The monthly meditation retreat will resume as usual in December.)
