Spring Retreat

Retreat is a time set aside for quieting the chatter in our mind and deepening one’s spiritual practice. Spring is a season of change and transition. A wonderful time to look within, giving us the opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us and step into a new season in ourselves. Please join us in this afternoon of guided silent meditation and yoga practice.  

This is a great opportunity to retreat without going too far.  This day includes Yoga Asana( postures), Pranayama (breathing), Chanting, and Meditation. After there will be food to enjoy.
