In this course, we will explore simple yet effective techniques including, Mantra Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation, Sound Meditation and Yogic Breathing to quiet the mind.  Through the practice of meditation, the mind becomes still bringing a clarity, freedom and deep abiding peace.  No prior experience is necessary, all welcome.  Chairs available!
