Welcome Lourdes to our Saturday 8 am Yoga Rise teacher schedule!
Please join us in welcoming Lourdes to our “teacher family”. Lourdes has been a student of the ashram for nearly 20 years and many of you already know her very well. We are excited to have her share her knowledge, life experience, and love of yoga with you all!
Lourdes will be teaching in the Saturday Morning Yoga Rise 8 am class rotation. Come take a seat across from, rather than next to a dear friend of the ashram! We hope to see you then!
